We’ve built a strong foundation and now we’re ready to bring our marketing in-house to scale it further with purpose and strategy.

The Role

We're looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing & Funnel Strategist) to own our paid Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and lead generation funnel. You’ll be responsible for managing, improving, and scaling our paid ad campaigns while aligning them with our landing pages, conversion funnels, and broader brand vision.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager, supported by a content/design team (as needed), and have the freedom to implement your ideas in a highly purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ads Management & Optimisation

Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads from strategy to execution

Audit and optimise current ad campaigns and audiences

Run creative testing frameworks (copy, hooks, visuals, formats)

Track performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and implement improvements

Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and UTMs

Funnel & Landing Page Strategy

Map and optimise the entire lead-to-client funnel

Review and update landing pages in collaboration with the wider team

Monitor conversion events and identify drop-off points

Assist with light copy/design input where needed (landing pages, forms, etc.)

Strategy & Insights

Conduct competitor research and present insights to CEO

Create and implement a quarterly campaign calendar (seasonal + evergreen)

Recommend new campaign angles, offers, or lead magnet concepts

Deliver weekly performance reports and maintain data dashboards

Handover & Foundations

Ensure all Meta assets (ad account, pixel, audiences) are fully under our ownership

Finalise post-agency audit and document key findings

Set up internal reporting systems and documentation (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)

About You

2–5+ years experience running Facebook Ads, ideally in a lead gen or premium service business

Experience optimising funnels and landing pages for conversion

Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail

Data-driven but creative - you love both performance and messaging

Comfortable with autonomy and initiative

Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, Webflow, Zapier/Make, Canva

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with Indigenous communities, real estate, or financial services

Experience with email nurturing or CRM follow-ups

Light design or copywriting ability

Experience building tracking dashboards
