With products stocked in salons, beauty retailers, and shipped worldwide, we’re growing fast—and looking for a Paid Media Specialist to work closely with our Agency who’s ready to help us scale our digital reach across Google, Meta, and beyond. Great for someone with background in ecommerce shopify experience and looking at improving Paid ad experience.

Your Role: 1 to 2 days a week - Depending on experience across Ecommerce

As our Paid Media Specialist position will be working with agency to ensure all ads working across all sites.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and other relevant channels

Manage and optimize our e-commerce shopify

Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities

Implement SEO/SEM best practices to increase organic traffic

Oversee paid media budgets and performance to ensure ROI targets are met

Work closely with the Agency.

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce

1 + years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms

1 + experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities

Bonuse experience with Klaviyo, GA4, or TikTok ads
