We’re Aussie Home Services, a growing leader in plumbing and electrical maintenance across Sydney and surrounding regions. We run a high-volume, fast-paced operation, with Google Ads as one of our primary lead generation channels.

We’re now seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team full-time. You’ll manage and optimise all aspects of our CPC campaigns to improve cost per lead, increase booking volume, and drive efficient growth. Experience in home services like plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is strongly preferred.

🚀 What You'll Do

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, DSA, Retargeting, Local Services).

Write compelling, converting ad copy specific to emergency/maintenance services.

Set up and manage geo-targeted campaigns for different regions across Sydney.

Build and maintain accurate conversion tracking, call tracking, and reporting.

Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking.

Monitor CPL and ROAS, making data-led decisions to reduce spend and increase conversions.

Collaborate with our internal team to align ad strategy with booking capacity.

Report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights.

🎯 What We're Looking For

2–4+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts (Search & DSA).

Proven success in service-based industries like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Deep understanding of CPC bidding strategies, keyword intent, and call-to-action urgency.

Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups.

Analytical mindset with experience reducing cost-per-lead while increasing volume.

Bonus if you’ve worked with dynamic landing pages, call tracking platforms (e.g. Wildjar or Avanser.)
