We specialise in helping founders move from zero to their first $10k in revenue and beyond.
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a portfolio of early-stage ecom brands, guiding them through media buying, content strategy, and conversion rate optimisation. You’ll coach them on how to manage and grow their own Shopify stores, giving them the tools they need to scale sustainably.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s worked with small e-commerce brands or run their own store and is now looking to support other founders through hands-on coaching. You’ll run weekly coaching calls, review performance, and provide clear feedback and support in Slack throughout the week.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing store and ad performance, creating Loom feedback videos, and ensuring clients always know their next steps. You’ll help them troubleshoot issues, improve their site’s conversion rate, and confidently launch and scale ad campaigns—mostly on Meta. Occasionally, you’ll help set up campaigns or create content when a client needs a bit of extra support.
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience with Meta ads and Shopify, and who enjoys teaching and supporting founders. You should be data-driven, highly organised, and able to manage multiple accounts at once while delivering practical, actionable advice.
To thrive in this role, you need to be a clear communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience with small businesses, start-ups, or coaching is a big plus.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads (specifically for ecom brands)
Must have hands-on ecommerce experience with clients or own store in Shopify
Solid understanding of Shopify analytics and its integration with paid ads
Experience working with small businesses or running your own store
Ability to explain digital strategy clearly and teach clients how to apply it
Confident using data to guide performance improvements
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
Collaborative and proactive mindset
Familiarity with CRO tactics and improving site performance
Bonus if you have:
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Klaviyo
Coaching or teaching experience
Experience with content creation or ad creative strategy
