Our client, with fees over $6 million, have offices interstate and some overseas. They are experiencing solid growth and require a Manager who is hungry and keen to learn more! In this role you can, if you wish, gain equity such is the outstanding possibilities.

Duties:

Manage over $400K in fees.

Mentor your group of Accountants.

Exposure to the largest clients of the firm.

Attend quarterly meetings with clients.

Become the outsourced CFO to certain clients.

You:

Are CA or CPA qualified.

An excellent verbal communicator.

Happy to interact with clients.

Have sound Tax knowledge and skills.

Can be 'hands on' if necessary.

Are NOT transaction driven.

Can see the "Big Picture".

Accepts this is at Advisory Level.

Ideally have 10 plus years experience in local accounting firms.

Autonomous role that allows you freedom.
