The Opportunity

The real opportunity is for an experienced ADM/Junior DM with approximately 4-7 years of experience, to join the Melbourne based business in the East.

With a phenomenal pipeline (and two new acquisitions just recently) they are poised to further expand their portfolio and require a DM to support the current pipeline. The predominant focus is on a large industrial business park which has both existing assts, needing repositioning and a large greenfield development currently going through masterplanning and negotiations with prospective tents.

You will report to the National Head of Development and will support them on this major project, while also supporting development across new acquisitions and existing sites where necessary.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone to gain access to senior management, to get exposure to full life cycle development and to truly have an opportunity to progress your career.

The Candidate

Our client will consider development or project management experience (Consultancy or developer) who is looking to advance their career. That said due to the front end nature and liaison with existing and prospective tenants we require someone with great communication skills who is well presented and articulate and able to represent the brand to a high standard.

This could suit a Project Manager wanting to move into development or an ADM finally looking for that DM opportunity which has been lacking in a slower climate. Experience in retail, convenience, logistics/industrial, medical childcare gym (transactional convenience or logistics) is required.

You will be passionate, committed, outgoing, prepared to invest your best professional attributes, and eager to continue to learn and develop under the guidance of the executive co.

Excellent time management, the ability to think on your feet and work autonomously but with continued from respected industry leaders is key.
