About the Role

You will take the role in core financial operations and reporting while guiding performance and decision making. Owning month end, compliance and reporting - this role offers an opportunity to lead a growing and high performing team - managing senior accountants, payroll and offshore support.

• Lead month end, year end and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage tax, BAS and GST
• Lead a team of On and offshore direct reports including Accounting team, AR, AP and payroll
• Oversee P&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting

About You

You're a proactive finance leader with high levels of attention to detail, and a strong grounding in financial reporting, and tax compliance. You will bring experience leading teams in mid-to-large scale environments and thrive on both the operational and strategic elements of finance.

• CA or CPA Qualified
• High levels of attention to detail
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and personal presentation skills
