An eye for high-quality joinery? Your expertise is needed to join a cutting-edge joinery manufacturer and installer with a building division on the way!

You’ll join a supportive and respected team known for its high standards, repeat clients, and commitment to craftsmanship. With projects up to $6 million, there’s variety, scale and challenge.

The company delivers custom joinery packages for commercial fit-outs for some of Victoria's most prominent construction companies. They specialise in hospitality, institutional, medical and workspace environments. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure smooth management of the on-site team, material delivery, safety compliance, and detailed quality assurance. This is a site-based role, but it’s about leadership, not labour. You’ll oversee work, manage programs, liaise with clients and keep the job running efficiently and safely.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need a background in carpentry or cabinet making and at least three years of proven experience in a supervisory position running commercial joinery installations. You’ll be organised, solutions-focused, and confident when dealing with site logistics and trade sequencing.

Salary is up to $150k, including super. There is a possibility of a work vehicle for the right candidate.
