The opportunity

Supa F Series Spares', a leading automotive parts retailer, is seeking an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Sales Person to join their North Lakes, Queensland team. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving business within the Automotive Trades industry.

Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to both retail and trade customers

Process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain accurate inventory records

Source and order parts from suppliers to fulfil customer requests in a timely manner

Liaise with the workshop and mechanics to understand their parts requirements

Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive spare parts sales or a similar customer-facing role

Strong product knowledge and understanding of vehicle makes, models, and parts

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical advice

Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
