They have been supporting the construction industry for over 50 years and are Australia's leading supplier, manufacturer, and servicer of concrete agitators, barrels, and spare parts.

About The Opportunity

As a Spare Parts Interpreter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to all customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely, accurate support on parts inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Process customer orders and manage issues with returns, backorders, and shipping
  • Maintain detailed records and collaborate with teams on inventory and operations
  • Support sales goals through strong service and product knowledge
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate information and prompt resolutions
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven customer service excellence, providing prompt and helpful support.
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication; follows instructions and collaborates well with teams.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Analytical skills to resolve client technical issues.
  • Experience with ERP tools (Salesforce, Infor) and MS Office reporting.
