We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented sales person to assist clients with identifying and sourcing the right parts for their trucks.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-person, over the phone and online with parts inquiries and orders
Identify correct parts using catalogues and technical documentation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and new arrivals
Manage inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked
Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
Prior experience in truck or automotive spare parts is essential
Mechanical knowledge preferred and high attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory systems and point-of-sale software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
