Job summary..

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Time Human Resources Coordinator (Generalist) at Ingleburn RSL. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this is a key administrative role responsible for driving HR initiatives focused on employee recruitment, engagement, development, and compliance. Passion for working with people and a commitment to delivering strategic HR solutions that align with our organisational objectives are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end employee life-cycle processes.

Administer our Monthly Culture Champions Rewards & Recognition program.

Ownership of our Belonging Calendar of Events and all staff engagement activities and initiatives including communication and co-ordination.

Contribution to the development Club policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.

Assist in addressing employee performance and staff relations issues to foster a supportive workplace culture.

Contribute to creating and maintaining Job Descriptions.

Maintain HR records (contracts, compliance training and qualifications) and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Powerpoint presentations – create and conduct HR-relevant Learning and Development.

Timely and professional responses to employee HR enquiries by phone, email, group chat or face to face.

About you.

Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant experience are essential

Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in a HR Coordinator or similar role (Club’s / Hospitality sector experience highly regarded)

Demonstrating a strong understanding of HR practices, R&L Clubs Award and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

Experience with processing Payroll (highly desirable)

Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Attention to detail, focused and highly organised.

Available to work weekday office hours, 38 hours per week with an occasional Friday or Saturday evening as required.

Own reliable car is essential.
