What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full import/export process
• Booking and tracking freight with shipping lines and forwarders
• Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Ensuring smooth documentation and customs compliance
• Troubleshooting logistics issues and keeping everything on track
• Maintaining accurate data and keeping systems updated

Who we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain (export ideal)
• Great grasp of shipping docs and customs processes
• Highly organised and solutions-focused
• Confident working across multiple moving parts
• A strong communicator who’s calm under pressure and sharp on detail
• Demand and supply planning experience
