Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

· Managing and executing activity across all social and digital platforms

· Creating compelling content, from short form video and photography to copywriting across web, socials and EDMs

· Coordinating and implementing campaigns for venue events, promotions and seasonal activations

· Designing digital assets, sales collateral and menus

· Tracking performance, analysing data and reporting on campaign effectiveness

· Collaborating with operations and events teams to align messaging and drive engagement

· Work with external Digital Marketing Agency and media contacts

· Constantly evolving the brand presence through fresh, creative thinking

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

· 3+ years of digital marketing experience (hospitality or travel/tourism experience highly regarded)

· Proven skills across content creation, social media strategy and digital marketing

· Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (Canva also acceptable)

· Experience with EDM platforms and WordPress

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail

· A collaborative mindset and can-do attitude

· Outgoing, personable, team player

· A passion for hospitality, events and the luxury dining scene in Sydney
