Are you a strategic and tech-savvy marketer with a passion for turning complex technical content into compelling campaigns? We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives that align with engineering project lifecycles and support growth across both public and private sector portfolios.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal discipline leads and external collaborators in a fast-paced consultancy environment. The role spans content development, digital marketing, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement—requiring both creative flair and technical acumen.

About the Role

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the engineering and construction industries. You will coordinate technical content production, manage digital platforms, and ensure marketing outputs align with regulatory, compliance, and branding standards.

You’ll take the lead on website redevelopment, campaign execution, and CRM governance while supporting business development through data-driven strategy and targeted communication.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing and advertising strategies to support business development objectives, including campaign creation, consumer targeting, and brand positioning across public and private sector projects.

Advise executives and clients on marketing and advertising initiatives that effectively communicate value, promote service offerings, and align with audience-specific needs across digital and traditional channels.

Coordinate end-to-end advertising and campaign production, managing timelines, budgets, and specialised inputs such as media scripting, artwork, copywriting, and film or TV content production.

Conduct and commission market research to identify new opportunities and understand demand, market characteristics, and competitive landscapes for both existing and prospective services.

Support organisational growth by implementing strategic marketing programs, advising on key elements such as product mix, pricing strategies, promotional channels, and distribution methods.

Create and publish targeted marketing content across digital platforms, including websites and social media, using performance data and SEO principles to optimise visibility and engagement.

Apply statistical modelling and campaign analysis to evaluate marketing impact, assess pricing strategies, and provide ongoing performance insights to inform decision-making.

Monitor digital marketing performance, analyse data from various platforms, and recommend updates to digital content and strategy to improve reach, relevance, and conversion metrics.

Lead full-scale redevelopment of the company website using Wix Studio, including dynamic layouts, custom CMS, and API-integrated components to meet evolving business needs.

Manage CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and campaign workflows via Monday.com, ensuring clean data hygiene, stakeholder segmentation, and structured reporting.

Coordinate and represent the company at CPD events, expos, and client briefings, while also managing internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and brand-aligned presentations

You are a strategic communicator and digital specialist who thrives in technically demanding environments. With experience in regulated industries like engineering, construction, or professional services, you can confidently turn complex information into accessible content.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Engineering Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years within engineering, construction, or building services.

Advanced capability with:

Wix Studio (including Velo, schema markup, structured data, and responsive design)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

Monday.com (Advanced Boards and Automations)

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, GA4, Looker Studio

Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or other UX tools

Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical content, digital strategy, and campaign analysis in a B2B context.

Strong understanding of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and QA/construction documentation practices.

Highly Regarded

Certificate IV in Building and Construction (completed or in progress)

NSW Construction White Card
