The Role:

Must have real empathy for staff, customers and suppliers alike.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, employee engagement and most of all politeness in the workplace.

Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.

Monitor & analyse basic key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.

Effectively collaborate with regional sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.

CRM data management for effective lead generation.

Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Department to activation complementing marketing campaigns.

Required Knowledge and Skills

High level of communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.

Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills.

Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.

Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.
