Our client is a major trade supplier to the pool, building and landscape industries specialising in pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters and much more with access to over 10,000 lines of products to suit every pool, indoor or outdoor.

Join a dynamic organisation in the pool construction sector, take the lead in driving sales and building a high performing success across Queensland and Northern NSW. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the pool construction market. You’ll actively build relationships with small and large pool builders while increasing brand awareness and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pool builders across the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities through a proactive and creative approach.
  • Achieve sales targets and budgets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and inspire a team to ensure a collaborative and successful culture.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to promote brand visibility.

About You

To excel in this role, you will be:

  • A proven sales professional with extensive B2B experience and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Gritty and results-driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for uncovering new opportunities.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with clients and teams alike.
  • Tech-savvy and innovative, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Experienced in leading a desk, coaching a team, and contributing to a thriving team culture.
