The Branch Manager - Equipment Service & Installations will manage operational performance, create new business and implement expansion strategies for the Penrith Branch of this Leading Supplier and Installer of Materials Handling & Lifting Equipment. You will work with a National Importer and Distributor of Vehicle-Mounted Lifting and Engineered Loading Solutions that has exclusive representation across an extensive range of State-of-the-Art Transport Industry and Vehicle Mounted Cranes and Hydraulic Lifting Equipment. Due to ongoing expansion, an opportunity now exists for a hands-on Manager to lead the Branch Operations and Team in Servicing, Maintenance, Repair and Customised Installation Projects.

As the Penrith Branch Manager servicing Western and the Greater Sydney Region, you will have overall branch profit-centre responsibility for Installed Equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance operations and business growth. You will ensure efficient routine, scheduled, and planned servicing to minimise downtime and maximize availability of equipment to clients. Progressively you will expand the Servicing Operations into new Equipment Installations and Special-Order Customisations to meet client specifications and required delivery schedules. Supporting the sales functions, you will have direct communication and interaction with strategic customers and blue-chip major clients, providing Whole-of-Life support, while maintaining the company’s market leading position as the industry’s preferred supplier. You will work with multiple premium brands and an extensive range of quality products, providing technical solutions and enhancing the provision of services to its diverse and prestigious client base.

You will have the autonomy to apply your intellect, experience and ingenuity to achieve “best practice” and further enhance the company’s reputation for excellence. Team Leadership and Management experience combined with influential customer service and sound technical understanding in vehicle service, repairs, transport or motor-body building will likely identify you as a high calibre candidate. Alternatively, experience from within engineering fabrication, manufacturing, production or process operations management or leadership, may also be well regarded.
