Position
A rare opportunity is now available for a Service Manager to lead the Taree branch's workshop and field service operations. This role is ideal for a Technician or current Service Manager with experience in the agricultural, heavy equipment or mechanical sectors.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day service operations including workshop and field work
* Leading and supervising technicians and apprentices
* Allocating jobs, setting timelines and ensuring quality outcomes
* Driving customer satisfaction and service excellence
* Managing job costing, invoicing and department performance
* Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with OH&S standards

Candidate
The ideal candidate will have solid mechanical trade experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive service performance in a customer-facing environment.

Key skills and attributes:
* A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior service or technician role
* Knowledge of agricultural or heavy equipment servicing
* Ability to lead a team and manage workshop operations
* Sound administrative and communication skills
* A current driver's licence is essential
