About the role:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and Manage scheduling of jobs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage installation technicians, production team, sales staff, and administrative team.
• Drive branch sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets- including preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and profit margins

About you:

• Proven experience in branch, operations, or project management (ideally within the window film, signage, or related industries).
• Strong Leadership ability with good business acumen
• Exceptional work ethic - Reliable/Consistent.
• Highly organised / Motivated with a drive to succeed
• Strong communications skills - ability to liaise at all levels and stay calm under pressure with the ability pivot when required.

Note: The successful applicant MUST hold a current Driver's Licence, and complete a National Police Criminal Record.
