The Role:

As a Settlements Officer, you’ll be responsible for supporting our brokers and clients through the final stages of the loan process. You'll manage the day-to-day workflow of post-approval to settlement, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

1+ year of experience in settlements within a brokerage or bank

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with ease

A desire to learn and grow within a high-achieving team
