An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join our Head Office Team in the position of Finance Officer, located onsite in Tullamarine just minutes away from Melbourne Airport.

The role requires an honest and enthusiastic individual, who possess' excellent computer and numerical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, is reliable and able to provide and maintain excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable function using Reckon

Fortnightly processing of payroll using ELMO (rebranded Employment Hero)

Processing high volume of supplier invoices for multiple locations and corporate credit cards

Data entry

Processing refund and cancellation payments

Daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Production of monthly reports using Excel

General Administration and other Ad Hoc Duties

To be considered for this position you will have proven finance and admin experience ideally within a busy environment. Experience with Reckon is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.

You must be a strong team player with an analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and be prepared to learn all aspects of the business.

The successful applicant will work in conjunction with our Finance and Administration Team and be responsible for assisting in the effective running of the Finance and Administration Department.
