This full-time position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in guiding clients through one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives-settling their property.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full settlements process, from formal loan approval through to successful settlement

Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other key stakeholders to coordinate all settlement-related activities

Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date throughout the transaction lifecycle

Deliver outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed and supported at every stage

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to streamlining settlement procedures

About You

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a settlements or conveyancing role, ideally within a mortgage or financial services environment

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Able to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines

Confident communicator with a client-first mindset and strong interpersonal abilities

Comfortable using industry-specific platforms and digital tools

Solid understanding of property settlement processes, legislation, and industry standards
