About the role

Become a Settlements expert at My Mortgage Freedom, a leading mortgage broking company based in South Melbourne, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless property settlements for our clients, supporting them through one of the most important financial transactions of their lives.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end settlements process, from formal approval to settlement

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all settlement activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the process

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our settlements processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience in a settlements or conveyancing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support your work

Knowledge of relevant property and settlements legislation and regulations
