About the Position

This is a full-time, in-house position where you'll be responsible for the payroll function, AR and handle ad-hoc accounting needs of our business. You will be an integral part of our finance team and have the chance to collaborate with various teams, including, sales and operations.

Specifics of the Role

Processing fortnightly payroll and ensuring Elite comply with awards and EA.

Undertake compliance activities in relation to state and federal legislation.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Collate information and enter timesheets.
Provide guidance and promptly resolve enquiries.
File and organise documentation.

Processing invoices, ensuring sales order is correct against purchase order and price list.

Debtor ledger management.

Preparing and sending monthly debtor statements to clients.

Communicating directly with customers to resolve any queries.

Assisting the Finance team to provide support with financial reporting, month end tasks, reconciliations and other accounting functions.
