Managing the day to day operations of the business

scheduling jobs and staff

Work closely with our site supervisors

Liaising with clients

Provide leadership within the company and managing staff

Uphold the company’s health and safety systems

Maintain the company’s reputation within our niche market

Requirements

Relevant experience within the ceiling industry

Experience and proven results in managing a business with 12 or more staff

Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Strong customer focus

Can do positive attitude
