Omega Solar + Batteries is a well-established, locally owned business with over 15 years of experience delivering clean energy solutions across Queensland. As we prepare for the upcoming Battery Rebate launching 1st July 2025, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Operations Admin Manager to help us scale efficiently and sustainably.

We’re seeking applicants based on the East Coast of Australia, ideally with solar industry experience and/or proficiency in SimPro, to ensure smooth collaboration across our team and alignment with our operating hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily administrative operations across solar and battery installation teams

Manage scheduling, job tracking, and documentation for field crews and customer projects

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Support HR, finance, and compliance processes

Lead and mentor a small admin team, driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in operations or admin management (solar industry experience preferred)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in SimPro (our job management platform) and other admin tools

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for sustainability

Must be located on the East Coast of Australia to work effectively within our time zone
