Now, we’re expanding our lending division and are looking for a skilled and motivated Mortgage Writing Professional to be part of this exciting journey.

You'll work with seasoned professionals across multiple departments, providing tailored lending solutions for clients purchasing investment properties. You’ll report to our Branch Manager and be supported by an experienced team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, working within proven systems, and guiding clients through some of the most exciting financial decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full mortgage application process—from client pre-qualification to settlement

Collaborate with lenders, valuers, conveyancing solicitors, our sales team, and clients

Prepare and submit loan applications

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by communicating clearly and promptly

Support other ad hoc duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mortgage broking or broker support role

Cert IV in Mortgage Broking (preferred)

Experience using Flex (advantageous)

Strong Excel skills

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities

Proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for customer outcomes
