About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Second-in-Charge (2IC) to a Mortgage Broker Director to support client files after the initial broker consultation and manage them through to settlement. Your key responsibilities will include:

Credit analysis and loan structuring to ensure optimal client outcomes

Preparing, reviewing, and lodging loan applications with a high degree of accuracy

Managing an offshore data entry and loan tracking team to ensure smooth workflow and quality control

Keeping brokers, clients, and lenders updated throughout the process

Identifying potential credit roadblocks and proactively finding solutions

Ensuring compliance with NCCP, Best Interests Duty (BID) and industry regulations

Championing and utilising the mortgage broking tech stack to manage files efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in credit assessment, mortgage broking support, or loan processing

In-depth knowledge of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance requirements

Ability to assess complex credit scenarios and recommend solutions

Proven ability to manage offshore teams and delegate tasks effectively

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in mortgage broking CRM systems

High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
