About the role
We’re looking for a digitally savvy, detail-driven Omni-Channel Marketing Coordinator to join The Chocolate Box and help bring our campaigns to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and execution and loves seeing their work make a tangible impact across ecommerce and retail channels.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, both in store and online, updating our Shopify website, managing email marketing, and supporting broader marketing activities alongside internal teams and third-party partners.
This isn't a content creator or social media manager role—this is for someone who loves the nuts and bolts of omni channel marketing.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and actioning weekly email campaigns (Klaviyo preferred) and monitoring and reporting on automated flows
Keep our Shopify store up-to-date – updating product pages, homepage banners, collections, navigation
Build and optimise landing pages for launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and messaging consistency across web and in-store
Work closely with our in-house graphic designer to deliver timely and on-brand assets
Manage and maintain marketing calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes
Liaise with third-party digital agencies – including briefing, coordination, and reporting
Prepare weekly marketing performance reports from Klaviyo and other campaign tools
Write clear, compelling copy for emails, website content, and campaign materials
Coordinate with printers for all printed marketing collateral
Allocate marketing assets to stores
Organise and maintain marketing assets and shared folders
Manage photoshoots for campaigns and product features
Creating content, co-ordinating & posting social media (IG/FB)
Provide general marketing admin support as needed
About You
You’re an organised, proactive marketer with a passion for ecommerce and a sharp eye for detail. You get a buzz from turning strategy into action, juggling projects, and keeping everything running on time and on brand.
What we're looking for
2+ years’ experience in omni-channel marketing (FMCG or ecommerce experience a bonus)
Hands-on experience with email marketing (Klaviyo preferred) – flows, segments, A/B testing, campaign scheduling
Proficiency in Shopify – product updates, site hygiene, basic merchandising, page building, and content editing,
App management within Shopify platform to drive revenue
Strong copywriting skills across emails, web, and campaign content
Working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
Excellent project management skills and familiarity with tools such as Trello or Monday.com
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines
A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently
Passion for customer-first marketing and a data-informed mindset
A self-starter who is highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude and an adaptable and flexible nature
