An opportunity exists now for an experienced bookkeeper and and office administrator to join our small, friendly team as our new Business Services Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the General Manger , this role will suit someone who enjoys process improvement, system process enhancement, is detail orientated, has a desire to solve problems, genuinely cares about our people & our customers, and has a track record in managing efficient and effective back office systems and processes.

Your Experience and skills

7yrs plus bookkeeping experience, ideally gained in technical or trade services industries. This includes invoicing, reporting and payroll.

5yrs plus in business administration management or co-ordination

Bookkeeping or Financial Management qualification

Strong customer service orientation.

HR administration including OH&S reporting.

Thorough knowledge and proven application of MS Office suite is essential.

SimPRO and MYOB systems experience advantageous to the role.

System implementation experience highly regarded

Must be able to multi task and set priorities.

Your key areas of responsibility

Perform the bookkeeping and administration functions to facilitate the achievement of company financial goals.

HR administration including staff leave, RDO coordination, staff inductions, employee HR support.

OH&S administration including reporting, RTW coordination.

General administration as required to support the business run smoothly and efficiently. This may include report preparation, correspondence, insurance renewals, file management, invoicing, accounts receivables, payables, ATO requirements ordering of office supplies.
