Civil Survey Applications Pty Ltd is a Melbourne based developer of civil engineering and survey software distributed in Australia and Internationally.

We are seeking a practical Marketing Co-ordinator to execute our B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in brand management, multi-channel campaigns, and data-driven marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, develop and maintain Australian and International websites

Develop point of sale and marketing material – digital brochures, etc

Creation of editorial content – user stories, press releases, etc

Manage and maintain Australian and International communications – newsletters, etc

Manage and execute email sales campaigns via CRM

Manage social media, LinkedIn

Track and report on marketing performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, digital campaigns, and data-driven marketing.

Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Webflow, Google Analytics).

Experience with Web site maintenance using WordPress

Strong analytical mindset, with experience in performance tracking, campaign optimisation, and customer segmentation.

Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns on time and within budget.

Experience managing marketing budgets and optimising spend for maximum impact.

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a B2B environment.
