As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Visual Merchandising, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Heritage Brands iconic portfolio of brands, including Le Tan, Skin Republic, Oil Garden, In Essence and Australis. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, you will coordinate both national and local campaigns that drive growth, visibility, and engagement across all retailers and 3rd party merchandising partners.

In this role you will:
Manage third-party relationships and ensure effective Point of Sale execution for retailers
Manage third-party relationships and implementation to ensure effective Visual Merchandising execution for retailers
Lead internal planograms for all retailers, including updates for POS elements, planogram changes, and hot spot stand execution to maximise sales.
Identify and explore opportunities to improve stand efficiencies, focusing on emerging trends and cost reduction.
Obtain quotes and collaborate with external partners on Visual Merchandising and Point of Sale projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
Lead and manage trade projects as directed by the General Manager Sales, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Identify opportunities across retailers for improvements in stands, Point of Sales, and planograms that align with the ROI and HB strategy, contributing to overall business profitability growth.
Collaborate with each brand manager to ensure all point of sale and visual merchandising is in line with the brand guidelines.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all Visual Merchandising and Point of Sale efforts meet business and retailer requirements, are executed on time, and remain within budget.
About You
Tertiary education, Bachelor degree, Business/ Commerce/Marketing – highly desirable
Experience
Proven experience in Trade Marketing essential 3 years +
Excellent influencing skills
Have resilience
Proven project management with leading multiple projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively implement strategies
Ability to monitor category performance versus plan and communicate accordingly
Understanding of promotional effectiveness
Proven strong experience with liaising with senior stakeholders of an organisation
Excellent time management

Strategic business planning

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships with internal customers, key stakeholders
