We’re seeking a reliable and professional Casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can be available at short notice, including early starts from 7:30am and late finishes up to 6:00pm. You must also be available to work over both out sites which are located in Ainslie and Manuka.

🩺 About the Role:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and handle patient enquiries

Maintain accurate patient records and process payments

Support clinical staff with administrative tasks

📅 Availability Requirements:

Must be available to work between 7:30am and 6:00pm

Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice, including sick leave and peak periods

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality

Familiarity with medical software is a bonus
