We are a busy and friendly practice of psychologists working with clients to help improve their lives.

We're looking for someone 1.5 days per week who can juggle multiple demands and work in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks include front desk reception, liaising with patients, intake calls, booking appointments, billing, Excel work, managing psychologists' calendars and other general admin work.

As a member of a small team, you will be required to fit in as needed and be a "jack of all trades". A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

The successful candidate will have:

· Strong attention to detail

· Great people skills

· Good computer skills (we use Macs)

· A desire to make a difference

· Availability to cover leave occasionally

· Minimum 1 year experience in a similar front-desk / reception role

An average day might include:

· Receive and manage client enquiries via phone and email, and make bookings

· Diary management and payment processing using our practice management software (we use Coreplus)

· Processing claims to various third party payers (NDIS, insurance companies etc)

· Responding to psychologists' requests

· Some very basic excel spreadsheet work

This role is permanent part-time and we are looking for someone who is available to work on Wednesday afternoons and Friday all day, although days could be flexible for the right candidate.
