MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - PT

SPECIALIST PRACTICE – HEIDELBERG

Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their practice on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week). This urological practice specialising in men's and women’s would like to add to their team a polite and professional receptionist to be the face of their front of the house. The successful candidate will understand the importance of confidentiality and possess a calm and pleasant demeanor.

Conveniently located in the medical precinct of Heidelberg – parking provided or if you prefer, close to public transport (train and bus).

Days/hours: Thursday and Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

The principal responsibilities of the role will include:

Diary management

Run consulting sessions – greet patients, answer phones, make appointments

Follow up with patient’s pre and post operatively appointments

Liaise with GPS, other urologists and referring specialists

Patient billing: consulting accounts

EFTPOS, HIC online, Eclipse, Medicare, DVA

Paperless office

Use of Genie Medical software
