We are located in South Melbourne, operating from a luxurious boutique clinic. We offer our patients tailored medical and cosmetic treatments that help our patients present their best selves. Our practice is growing, and we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team!

Dr Parvin Khinda (PK)

Dr Parvin Khinda (PK) is a medical practitioner specialising in Cosmetic Medicine and Women’s Health. PK is the founder and has an established reputation for offering her patients the highest standard of care. PK is committed to helping our patients achieve the best and most natural individual aesthetic outcome.

The Role

Kaya Cosmedica is a small business with a focus on providing a caring, tailored five star patient experience. Personal touch and patient focus is paramount to building an exceptional rapport with all patients and our dedicated team.

We are looking for a friendly receptionist with similar values to ensure our patients feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk in the door.

This is a part-time position of minimum 22 hours per week between Tuesday-Saturday. Some of the core duties include:

Provide excellent patient experience from enquiry to consultation and follow-up.

Overseeing daily operation of the clinical practice, including front desk reception and general housekeeping

Calendar management, including scheduling and forward planning.

Social Media Content Creation

General office management and other admin duties as necessary.

Retail stock counts, ordering and stock room maintenance

Online order receiving and distribution

About You

You have minimum of 2 years experience with reception and administration

You have experience as a medical receptionist (although we are willing to train the right person).

You have Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing within a clinical or aesthetic setting.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You demonstrate good organisational skills, including prioritisation and multitasking.

You can work autonomously and take the initiative.

You can work as a team player

You are open to learning existing and new processes.

You are confident with computer systems, including Google Workspace.

You have integrity and strong moral principles that guide your workplace interactions.

You thrive in a professional environment and present a very polished personal image with immaculate presentation.
