We're partnering with a globally loved luxury beauty house known for skincare innovation, elevated service, and decades of prestige. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dual-impact leadership role across their flagship standalone boutique in Sydney CBD and a high-performing counter in a successful secondary location.
This position blends hands-on boutique management with strategic account leadership, perfect for someone with experience across multiple doors who's ready to drive business performance and shape what success looks like in both direct-to-consumer and retail partner environments.
What you'll do
Lead, inspire and manage day-to-day operations of the Sydney CBD boutique
Take full accountability for the commercial success of both the boutique and secondary site.
Implement and manage the commercial calendar, promotions and activation plans in line with brand goals
Drive sales, service excellence and team engagement, creating a seamless luxury customer experience
Build and nurture client relationships, grow the boutique's database, and identify new opportunities to increase market share
Collaborate closely with the wider business, contributing to broader strategic growth conversations
Act as the brand ambassador across both doors, building strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams
Who you are
A polished, commercially minded leader with multi-site retail experience
Confident in driving performance, coaching teams and building strong client engagement
A true business driver, energetic, self-motivated and sales obsessed
Ideally, you'll have a background in makeup artistry, beauty therapy, or luxury retail
You're just as comfortable managing people as you are working a sales floor or planning marketing activations
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, solutions-focused, with a hunger to grow something meaningful
Experience working with or managing key retail accounts like Sephora, Mecca or department stores is highly regarded
