We’re working with an A-list SaaS business that’s scaling its Account Management team. With strong market traction and a loyal client base across Australia, they’re now looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager to join their NSW team.

This role is all about relationship management, retention, and account growth. You’ll walk into a warm portfolio with supportive leadership, zero new business hunting, and a culture that values drive and initiative over how many years you’ve been in the game.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of existing mid-market accounts (average $40–50k revenue each)
• Upselling licences and driving account value
• Acting as the first point of escalation for your clients
• Building trust, improving retention, and spotting growth opportunities
• Having commercial conversations - no technical configuration needed

Who You Are

• A natural relationship builder with solid business acumen
• Comfortable talking through things like AP, AR, and order-to-cash processes
• Might have a background in accounting or operations, looking to move into client-facing work
• High-energy, coachable, and not afraid to pick up the phone
• ERP experience is a bonus, but not required

Salary & Package

• Base: $75k–$85k based on experience.
• OTE: $120k–$135k (usually around a 50/50 - 60/40 split on Base)
• Hybrid flexibility (Sydney-based preferred)
• Strong support from a team of Senior and Junior AMs and Presales Engineers
