Key Responsibilities:

• Find new clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Keep strong connections with current clients and understand their needs.
• Help create proposals and support sales negotiations.
• Record all sales activities and client conversations in the CRM system.
• Answer client questions and solve problems quickly.
• Report on sales progress and market trends to management.
• Keep up with industry news and competitors.
• Share client feedback to improve products and sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or customer service.
• Good communication skills and able to build relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work well on your own and with a team.
• Organised and good at managing time.
• Negotiation skills are a bonus.
