About the Role:
As Business Manager, you will take the reins of daily operations at our flagship local clinics. You’ll lead from the front — driving sales, motivating the team, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. Your leadership will directly impact the lives of our clients and the success of the SANAMethod brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a diverse team including doctors, coaches, and administrative staff
• Drive sales performance through effective strategy, accountability, and frontline leadership
• Set and track KPIs, ensure team alignment with business goals, and implement performance improvement processes
• Cultivate a cohesive and positive workplace culture built on excellence, purpose, and collaboration
• Oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, reporting, and service delivery standards
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance reviews
• Ensure all aspects of client experience reflect our commitment to health transformation and premium service
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team management (health/fitness/retail/hospitality/medical sectors, building and automotive all considered)
• Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed targets
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across varied professional domains
• Exceptionally organised, able to manage competing priorities with calm confidence
• Strong emotional intelligence, capable of creating buy-in, resolving conflict, and keeping morale high
• A genuine passion for helping others live longer, stronger, healthier lives
