We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who’s not just great at winning new business, but passionate about changing the way companies manage corporate travel.

In this exciting role, you’ll:
Drive new business opportunities across key markets, Australia-wide
Pitch like a pro, showcasing value through presentations that drive business wins
Negotiate and close deals that deliver real revenue growth
Take charge of your pipeline and smash your sales targets
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional account management
Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to stay one step ahead
Work closely with marketing to develop smart, high-converting lead generation campaigns
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within the travel industry
A solid track record of hitting (and smashing) sales targets, you're results-driven and proud of it!
Confident communication and presentation skills, you're comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers, and tailoring your pitch to different business needs
Proven ability to prepare and finalise tender documents for submission
Strong negotiation and contract skills, you know how to create win-win outcomes that lead to long-term partnerships
A self-starter mindset, you take initiative, follow up leads with purpose, and don’t wait to be told what to do
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track your pipeline and stay organised
A positive, driven attitude! You’ve got the hunger to chase new business and the people skills to build trust along the way
Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
