Lead, coach and grow a high performing team of Merchandisers for ~350 locations (approximately 65 merchandisers) .

Drive sales and KPI achievement via superior in store execution of customer & company strategies and service level expectations.

Determine the merchandising schedule by store, ensuring adequate staffing levels available to meet the needs of the business.

Coordinate and manage roll outs at the State level – including product roll outs for current customers, roll outs to new business customers, product recalls, product reticketing, and new customer requests.

Assist the ARMS National Manager in the running of the wider ARMS team.

Always Ensuring team compliance with WHS and OH&S standards.

Always Ensuring Fair Work compliance in all team operations.

Manage State Budget within the KPI’s set by the National ARMS Manager.

Ad Hoc Duties as Required.
