Edutemps is recruiting a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to lead sales across two high-impact training portfolios: paramedicine courses and an existing suite of Individual Support, Disability Support and Health Care as well as Work Health and Safety qualifications.
This role is a strategic sales position focused on growth. You'll work closely with the leadership team and incoming Head of Operations to play a pivotal role in launching and embedding the new paramedic training offering into the broader organisation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will commence in August (or earlier if available) and will play a key role in launching the new paramedicine training offering while supporting the growth of the broader course portfolio.
While warm inbound leads will be generated via digital marketing for the paramedicine offering, a large part of your focus will be on cold calling and outbound outreach, especially when promoting the RTOs training portfolio (non-funded).
This role will focus solely on fee-for-service training solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sell paramedicine qualifications to individuals and organisations
Drive B2B sales for workplace safety and compliance training (fee-for-service)
Convert inbound marketing leads and conduct proactive cold outreach
Build employer and industry relationships across multiple sectors
Maintain sales pipelines and performance tracking via HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with the Head of Operations
Meet and exceed KPIs across enrolments, revenue, and conversion
Contribute to strategy and positioning across the RTO
You’ll Need
Proven success in business development within RTO, health, or education sectors
Experience selling health-related or compliance training (paramedicine preferred)
Confidence in cold calling and warm lead conversion
Strong communication, relationship building, and closing skills
Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot
NSW-based preferred (remote work supported)
Available for August start
