About the role
As a Business Development Manager for easy2c, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth in the Central Coast, Newcastle and regional areas of NSW. This full-time position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance your time between visiting clients and working from home. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and contributing to the overall success of our Sales team. This role will involve travel, with all costs of travel covered.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the regions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through excellent communication and customer service.
Collaborate with the Sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Assist in the development and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities to expand the company's services within your client base.
What we're looking for
Proven track record in new business development and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
