You will be driving growth in a high-potential sector (think: holiday parks, caravan parks, agriculture and mining), backed by a business that handles your admin, quoting and technical support. Your job is to network and meet all your potential clients and existing customers on a regular basis and build an outstanding relationship with them. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships across NSW, with a focus on holiday/caravan parks
- Weekly regional travel is expected; relationships with customers are a key element in the success of this business
- Lead generation through personal networking and market research
- Meeting customers face-to-face to discuss future sales opportunities
- Build a future sales pipeline by understanding customer goals and timing
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and conferences
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials and campaigns
- Track competitor activity and stay ahead of industry trends
- Work toward clear sales targets, with back end support to meet them
Who are you?
- Highly developed sales skills, including the ability to identify, prioritise and pursue new leads and close deals
- Willing to travel in regional NSW every week
- You are an experienced sales executive
- You might be a former builder/tradesman, or project manager who can consult on building options (ideal, but not necessary)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills that enable you to maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members
- Ability to understand some of the technical aspects of the modular building products and processes
