Due to expansion, the team are now looking for a dynamic individual, who enjoys problem solving, has an attention to detail and a passion for the equipment rental industry.

The role consists of, but not limited to the following tasks

• Day to day running of operations
• Answering phones and managing customer requirements
• Liaise with workshop, sales and management
• Safety and compliance
• Stock control
• Time management
• Manage service intervals for equipment
• Assist with transport and logistics
• Communicate effectively throughout all levels of the business

Essential requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, involving equipment rental or plant equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Dynamic and able to adjust to changing conditions
• Driver's license
• Phone etiquette

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of MCS and/or Hire systems
• Forklift license
• Experience in shoring equipment
• Experience in Civil industry
