Lakewood Electrical Services is well known in the power generation field for installation, maintenance and service. A position has become available within Lakewood Electrical Services for a Service Job Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinate and manage technicians and subcontractors to deliver services to our customers.
Maintain service contracts/maintenance planner.
Provide administration support to our project team.
Follow up on purchase orders.
Skills and experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Can work under pressure and should be reliable at all times
Experience with SimPRO job maintenance software (desired)
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Good problem solving skills and ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to prioritise , with excellent time management skills
