We're on the hunt for a proactive and polished Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our high-performing sales team. Previous experience in off-the-plan sales or general residential real estate is highly regarded - bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

The Position
In the role of Sales Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Keeping the variation register schedules accurate and up to date
- Overseeing the on-site sales suite (think: housekeeping, stock, hardware, and collateral - all under your control)
- Maintaining the CRM (Propertybase) with precision - client and lead data at your fingertips
- Responding to buyer enquiries and issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinating with the settlements team for a smooth post-sale experience
- Managing pricelist distribution
- Processing sales commissions
- Booking in valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and key handovers
- Flagging any complaints or red flags directly to the Sales Director
- Supporting the marketing team and jumping into ad hoc projects when needed
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Co-ordinator will have:
- You're organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A natural communicator - you can liaise confidently with buyers, agents, and internal teams
- You're tech-savvy, especially with CRM systems (bonus points for Propertybase experience)
- Previous experience in real estate, property development, or sales admin is highly regarded
- You can juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure
- You're a team player with a great attitude and a can-do spirit
