We are currently hiring an experienced Inside Sales Development specialist with a strong track record in enterprise sales lead generation. This newly created full-time hybrid sales support role will focus on sales activity development – prospect targeting, contact list development, lead generation and initial sales calls for core network and connectivity solutions sales.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
· Prospect Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and determine their fit for our products/services.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the direct sales team and marketing campaigns to develop and refine lead generation strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
· Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
· Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, prospect feedback, success criteria, and pipeline status to management.
Attributes & competencies that we are looking for:
· At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
· Experience in the telecommunications industry is desired
· Experience with lead generation through various different channels including LinkedIn, CRMs and other databases
· Comfortable speaking to customers via phone, email, Teams/video conf or face-to-face
· Exceptional communication, verbal and written skills
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce (highly desired)
